Transcription Services

Thank your for inquiring about my transcriptions services. My rates on transcription of MP3 audio transcriptions is $14.00 per/hour. However, regular clients who utilize my services on a weekly basis of 10 hours per week the rate is $12.00 per/hour. My typing speed is 102 wpm and transcription speed is 90 wpm.

I offer my clients one (free letter format) transcription performance test. I have found that offering this performance test builds trust between clients and myself. I do ask that when dictating recipients names to please include names and address in the email that includes the MP3 file. There are so many different variations of the way people spell their names today this ensures the correct spelling and address.

Transcriptions can be provided to you in any format that you specify (i.e. letter, report or blog format). For blogs the transcription is easily formatted for you to copy and paste into your blog such as Title, Content and Tags/Labels. Tags/Labels is just an added benefit that I perform with Google Keyword Search Tool for SEO benefits for my clients. Additionally, clients may have me Bookmark and Stumble Upon their new post.

I look forward to extending my Virtual Assistant Services as your right-hand assistant to you in the near future. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact my office at (904) 692-2676.

Yours in True Success,
